The LDW Group LLC recently secured a contract with the Northeast Florida Healthy Start Coalition to design a career planning/self-sufficiency program for their participants who receive supportive services designed to provide parenting resources to the young mothers and fathers that they serve. The LDW Group LLC developed the Pathway to Your Career Program (PTYCP) which is designed to offer career planning, career coaching and customer service training for the participants. The program officially started on August 20, 2018, with PTYCP participants completing interests, skills, and work values assessment. The technical skills training component will begin in September for 10 weeks; soft skills and work-readiness sessions will be integrated through the 10 weeks.
